Who we are
ApexRideGear is a brand of APEX RIDING GEAR LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information on https://apexridegear.com. Contact: Support@apexridegear.com; +1 8184021772; 308 Beechwood Dr, Campbellsville, KY 42718, United States.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we receive information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, account information, billing or delivery address, order details, customer-service messages and newsletter preferences. Our website and hosting services may record technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps and cookies used for site operation, security, account sessions and shopping-cart functionality.
If you post a review or comment, the information you submit may be displayed publicly, except your email address. WordPress may collect your IP address and browser information for spam prevention. If profile avatars are used, an email-derived identifier may be provided to Gravatar; see Automattic’s privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information in public reviews.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, maintain accounts and carts, respond to inquiries, fulfill orders when ordering is available, manage returns, keep required business records, understand visit sources and order attribution, and send marketing emails you choose to receive. Payment processing is not currently connected. We will identify relevant payment-service practices before activating payment processing; do not send card details by email.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with service providers supporting hosting and security (including Hostinger), site operation, email delivery and order fulfillment. When orders are fulfilled, carriers receive the delivery information needed to ship them. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. We do not publish your account credentials or use your email address as public review information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies and similar technologies support site operation, login and shopping-cart features. Browser controls allow you to block or delete cookies; some features may stop working. See our Cookie Policy.
WooCommerce order-attribution tracking is currently enabled and sets first-party cookies with names beginning with sbjs_. They record visit sources, referring and landing pages, campaign parameters, visit times, browser/device information and pages viewed within a session. We use this information to understand which visits lead to orders and assess marketing effectiveness. If you place an order, attribution information may be saved with the order. This is measurement rather than a cookie needed to keep items in your cart. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies and their current lifetimes; cookie expiry does not delete information already stored with an order.
The site already loads Hostinger Reach’s embedded script for email-marketing and signup integration. If you choose to subscribe, your submitted contact information and subscription preferences may be processed by Hostinger Reach to manage the subscription and deliver emails. Newsletter signup is optional. Loading the script is separate from choosing to subscribe, and the resource request itself is described below.
Google Analytics and Meta/TikTok advertising integrations remain planned integrations. They are separate from the active WooCommerce attribution and Hostinger Reach resources described here. Before activating additional analytics or advertising tools, we will update our notices to identify the actual providers, data, purposes and sharing, and provide consent or opt-out choices where required by applicable law.
Embedded third-party services
Pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), images from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), and the Hostinger Reach embedded script (cdn-reach.hostinger.com). WordPress may also load emoji resources from s.w.org. These requests can occur when a page loads, without you clicking an external link. The resource provider receives your IP address and request details, which may include browser information, the requested resource and a referring page where your browser permits it. These providers process information under their own policies; their handling may include information collected over time from other sites using their services. See the Google, Unsplash, Hostinger and Automattic privacy policies for their practices.
Browser privacy signals
Our current site does not automatically disable order-attribution cookies or embedded resource requests in response to a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal likewise does not currently switch off those features. These signals are different from blocking cookies in your browser. We do not represent this notice as an automatic consent or opt-out mechanism. To submit a privacy request, including an applicable request to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, contact Support@apexridegear.com. We review requests under applicable law; this contact option does not replace any obligation to honor a legally required browser signal.
Marketing choices
Newsletter signup is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting Support@apexridegear.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential replies or order-related notices. We do not send marketing emails merely because someone contacts customer service.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including applicable accounting and legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy requests
Contact Support@apexridegear.com to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about our practices. Depending on your state and applicable law, additional rights may include a copy of information, limits on certain uses, or opting out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures. We may verify identity and explain any legal exception or record-retention requirement. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same address asking for a review. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Adults and young riders
Accounts, purchases and newsletter subscriptions are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may purchase products for a minor using the adult’s own information. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
External sites and updates
External links lead to services with their own policies. We may update this policy as our practices change and show the revised effective date here. Material changes will be communicated where required. Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
